Enhanced Patient Care
FitBees gives healthcare professionals meaningful insights into behaviour patterns, helping tailor care plans and reduce unnecessary checkups. In our 8-week physio pilot, older users improved their walking distances and reported feeling more motivated to stay active at home with support from Hestia and FitBees sensors.
Use Hestia heat sensor data to provide personalised support.
FitBees allows healthcare professionals to see if someone is no longer engaging and provide offline support to get them back on track. You can also use the data to celebrate achievements and goals, motivating the users to continue exercising.
Share local resources, activities, and classes with the FitBees community.
Engage with tailored fitness activities, mental wellness programs, and meaningful social interactions—promoting health, happiness, and connection within a supportive community. You can also share resources such as doctors’ guidance, mental health services, and social prescribing.
FitBees makes it easy to set up activities and engage the community. Users can sign up and pay with ease, receive pre-activity updates, and follow up with at-home video content and information about the next class. FitBees’ gamification features allow to celebrate personal wins and boost engagement.
FitBees supports hard-to-reach people who need to be more physically active. It is designed to engage those who lack the opportunity to engage in physical activity, perhaps due to age or disability, and who may be isolated and difficult to reach.
At the heart of FitBees is helping people find what works for them in the pursuit of better health and wellbeing for the long term. FitBees emphasises sustainable fitness, allowing users to go at their own pace and not rush things.
Unlike competitors designed for younger, fitness enthusiasts with a generic “one-size-fits-all” offering, FitBees addresses the barriers to physical activity experienced by often-underrepresented people with complex care needs.
It’s really helped me feel more confident—getting enough exercise is really important to me. I’m just trying to avoid getting ill myself which is the worst-case scenario. Being aware of where the highest risk area is really key. I’d rather have more sensors in different places, and then figure out where the real issues are happening.
