Dr Afroditi Konidari and Rui Zhang began Tendertec from their own experiences of caring remotely for parents with chronic conditions. From this, they deeply understood the emotional and practical challenges that familes and care teams face. Combining their expertise in engineering and AI they have built a compassionate and dedicated team.
